It\u2019s delicious with crudites or crackers.<\/p>\n<figure>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" data-width=\"2250\" data-height=\"1508\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn-images-1.medium.com\/max\/800\/1*g47fhd3yEsbkZ66zrArCWw.jpeg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\"><br \/>\n<\/figure>\n<p>Serves 4<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Ingredients<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 cup frozen, shelled edamame beans<\/p>\n<p>\u00bc cauliflower, diced 1cm<\/p>\n<p>2 Tbsp miso paste<\/p>\n<p>1 Tbsp tahini<\/p>\n<p>1\u20132 cloves garlic, peeled<\/p>\n<p>2 Tbsp yoghurt<\/p>\n<p>\u00bc tsp salt<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd tsp sesame oil<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>To serve<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 tsp sesame seeds<\/p>\n<p>Pinch furikake (optional)<\/p>\n<p>Veggie sticks (e.g. carrot, capsicum, cucumber, celery)<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Method<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Bring a small pot of salted water to the boil.<\/li>\n<li>\n<strong>Cook edamame &amp; cauliflower.<\/strong> Add edamame and cauliflower to pot of boiling water and cook for 7\u20138 minutes, until very soft. Drain, run under cold water to cool and drain again well.<\/li>\n<li>\n<strong>Prep &amp; make dip<\/strong>.
