Remove stone using a spoon and scoop out flesh.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Methods<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Finely dice chilli. Pick a few whole coriander leaves for garnish and set aside. Finely chop remaining coriander leaves and stalks.<\/p>\n<p>2. Add all ingredients (except seeds and reserved coriander) to a medium bowl and mash until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper.<\/p>\n<p>3.
