Frozen mango can be found in the supermarket next to the frozen berries. It is great to keep a stash of frozen fruit on hand for smoothies, especially if you have a few options to change it up and keep it exciting!<\/em><\/p>\n<figure>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" data-width=\"2437\" data-height=\"1625\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn-images-1.medium.com\/max\/800\/1*bT5Iyuc8qDI-RAEBZg27_A.jpeg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\"><br \/>\n<\/figure>\n<p>Serves 1<\/p>\n<p><em>Ingredients<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u00bd cup frozen peeled mango<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd frozen, peeled, ripe banana<\/p>\n<p>Zest of 1 orange<\/p>\n<p>2 tablespoons low fat natural yoghurt (or use your favourite dairy-free yoghurt)<\/p>\n<p>2 tablespoons LSA<\/p>\n<p>2 tablespoons coconut thread<\/p>\n<p>1 Medjool date, seed removed (optional)<\/p>\n<p>\u00be cup water<\/p>\n<p>4 ice cubes<\/p>\n<p><em>Method<\/em><\/p>\n<p>1.
