It\u2019s full of beneficial omega-3 fats\u200a\u2014\u200agreat for your heart and brain function. It also aids your skin and bone health, with vitamins A, E, D and B, calcium, zinc and magnesium. We love it!<\/em><\/p>\n<figure>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" data-width=\"1500\" data-height=\"1000\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn-images-1.medium.com\/max\/800\/1*fbQGv7IqgIAhJaqUX_bbhQ.jpeg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\"><br \/>\n<\/figure>\n<p>Serves 1<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Ingredients\u00a0<br \/><\/em><\/strong>\u00bc cup rolled oats<br \/>1 tablespoon chia seeds<br \/>1 tablespoon LSA<br \/>\u00bd\u20131 teaspoon cinnamon<br \/>Pinch of salt<br \/>\u00be cup unsweetened almond milk<\/p>\n<p><em>To serve<br \/><\/em>1 kiwifruit or 1 pear, sliced or roughly chopped<br \/>1 tablespoon low fat yoghurt<br \/>1 teaspoon runny honey or maple syrup (optional)<br \/>1 tablespoon chopped, toasted walnuts<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Method<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Place all LSA chia porridge ingredients in a small pot over a medium heat. Cook, stirring continuously, for about 3 minutes, until oats are cooked through and porridge is a smooth consistency. Alternatively, cook your porridge in the microwave. Place all LSA chia porridge ingredients in a small, heat-proof bowl and stir to combine. Microwave on high heat for 1 minute, stir, then microwave again for a further 1 minute. If you prefer a runnier porridge, stir through 1\u20132 tablespoons warm water after cooking, until you get the consistency you desire.
