It contains a secret ingredient\u200a\u2014\u200acauliflower (what can\u2019t it do?!) Cauliflower makes your smoothie thick and creamy, but can\u2019t be tasted and adds a nutritional hit with few calories.<\/em><\/p>\n<figure>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" data-width=\"800\" data-height=\"533\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn-images-1.medium.com\/max\/800\/1*VAJPAFhxHpIHcEV4jpxq1A.jpeg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\"><br \/>\n<\/figure>\n<p>Serves 1<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Frozen Cauli<\/em><\/p>\n<p>1 head cauliflower, diced 1\u20132cm<\/p>\n<p><em>Smoothie<\/em><\/p>\n<p>1 cup diced, frozen (pre-steamed) cauliflower<\/p>\n<p>1 cup unsweetened almond milk<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd cup water<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd frozen banana, peeled<\/p>\n<p>2 tsp cacao or cocoa powder<\/p>\n<p>2 Tbsp raw cashew nuts<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp honey or 1 medjool date<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. <strong>Prep frozen cauli.<\/strong> Bring a large pot of water the boil. Add cauliflower to pot of boiling water and cook for 10\u201312 minutes, until very soft.
