Dice 2\u20133cm and roast at 200\u2013220\u00b0C for 20\u201325 minutes, until cooked through.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p><strong>MASHING VEGETABLES THIS WEEK<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Italian Cherry Tomato Chicken<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Cook 200g mashing vegetables per hungry mouth. Dice 2\u20133cm and cook in pot of boiling water for 15\u201320 minutes, until very soft. Mash with a little olive oil and\/or milk and season to taste.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p><strong>BROWN RICE THIS WEEK<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Pork and Black Bean Sauce<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Cook 1\/4 cup brown rice per hungry mouth as per packet instructions.
