Simply follow our recommendations below on how to feed hungry mouths depending on what dish you\u2019re cooking.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SHOPPING LIST<br \/><\/strong>(increase quantities based on number of hungry mouths you\u2019re feeding)<\/p>\n<p>1 medium sized roasting vegetables\/200g per hungry mouth (e.g. potatoes, kumara, pumpkin, parsnips, carrots, beetroot)\u200a\u2014\u200a<em>nb. this is per recipe for Tarragon and Mustard Fish and Cumin-Scented Chicken<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u00bc cup (50g) uncooked brown rice per hungry mouth\u200a\u2014\u200a<em>nb. this is per recipe for Sumac Pork Sirloin Steaks and Kumara and Lemongrass Coconut Dhal<\/em><\/p>\n<p>1 medium sized mashing vegetable\/ 200g per hungry mouth (e.g. potatoes, kumara, carrots).<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p><strong>ROASTING VEGETABLES THIS WEEK<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Tarragon and Mustard Fish<br \/>Cumin-Scented Chicken<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Roast 200g of roasting vegetables per hungry mouth. Dice 2\u20133cm and roast at 200\u2013220\u00b0C for 20\u201325 minutes, until cooked through.<\/p>\n<p>For the fish, toss through the quinoa and broccoli.\u00a0<br \/>For the cumin-scented chicken, toss through the salad.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p><strong>BROWN RICE THIS WEEK<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Sumac Pork Sirloin Steaks<br \/>Kumara and Lemongrass Coconut Dhal<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Cook 1\/4 cup brown rice per hungry mouth as per packet instructions.<\/p>\n<p>For the pork, serve 3\/4 cup cooked rice per hungry mouth.<br \/>For the dhal, serve 3\/4 cup cooked rice per hungry mouth.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p><strong>MASHING VEGETABLES THIS WEEK<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Sesame Beef Pave Steaks<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Cook 200g mashing vegetables per hungry mouth.
