This easy Prawn Noodle Broth is a deliciously full-flavoured solution to your pantry panic! Once boiling, reduce to a simmer and add <strong>2 sliced spring onions, 1 sliced garlic clove, pinch of chilli flakes, 100g soba or udon noodle<\/strong>s and <strong>1 diced broccoli<\/strong>.  Cook for 3-4 minutes, then add <strong>300g prawns (or tofu)<\/strong> and <strong>1 tsp soy sauce<\/strong> and cook a further 3-4 minutes, until cooked through and noodles are tender.
