Line a large baking dish with baking paper. Remove from oven and turn to coat in glaze. Drain well. <\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-2914-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Prep  broccoli, carrot and bok choy.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-2914-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">When chicken has 7 minutes cook time remaining, heat sesame oil in a medium fry-pan on medium-high heat. Cook broccoli and carrot for about 4 minutes, until tender. Add bok choy and cook for a further minute, until bright green and tender.
