sugar^<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 eggs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tbsp butter, melted + extra for cooking pancakes^<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100ml milk^<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50g baby spinach <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 table yoghurt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tbsp maple syrup <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Method<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Blend flour, baking powder, sugar, milk, butter, eggs and spinach until smooth.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Heat remaining butter in a fry pan over a medium heat,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pour out batter into pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and
