How do you find balance in the chaos?\u00a0<\/em>Thinking about solutions rather than problems and managing my stress levels.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

What\u2019s your favourite way to move your body?\u00a0<\/em>Walking but I do exercise each morning between 20 \u2013 24 minutes.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

What motivates you to stay on track?\u00a0<\/em> Staying fit and healthy for my kids and valuing my body more as I age.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

What healthy habits are you taking up in 2024?<\/em> Continue to exercise at least 5 days a week and keeping alcohol to weekends. Freshly pressed juice & ginger + turmeric.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

What\u2019s one non-negotiable you do for your health each day?\u00a0<\/em>Exercise, eat healthy and sneak in chocolate.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is the last thing you did that made you proud?\u00a0<\/em>Saying no to something that I didn\u2019t have capacity to do.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

What mantra do you live by?\u00a0<\/em>I didn\u2019t have kids not to raise them but also, I haven\u2019t worked so hard at my career to give it up!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
