In 30 minutes you can clock up 4,000 of these! Your phone typically tracks your steps each day. Maybe even start a competition with your friends or colleagues! The great thing about walking is that it doesn&#8217;t require any preparation or equipment.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Meditate.<\/strong> Have you had a rough day? Or do you want to take some time to reconnect with yourself and your thoughts &#8211; now you have the time to do this. Apps like <a href=\"https:\/\/www.headspace.com\/?utm_source=google&amp;utm_medium=cpc&amp;utm_campaign=917256448&amp;utm_content=51529950852&amp;utm_term=217943262429&amp;headspace&amp;gclid=CjwKCAjwmKLzBRBeEiwACCVihqQZRS2H2xXXhO5fXopRt0mxiIYeVtfSlfh8FyvwVZ4-ZegjtB4XqRoCbToQAvD_BwE\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Headspace<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/themindfulnessapp.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Mindfulness App<\/a> are a great place to start if you&#8217;ve never tried meditation before.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Yoga or a quick workout.<\/strong>\u00a030 minutes is also plenty of time to do a quick workout or yoga session. Buy them a postcard or print out a nice photo for them. Write a nice story to it and post it to them. They will love it!<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cleaning.\u00a0<\/strong>Nah, just kidding!
