Add curry paste and 1\/4 cup coconut milk and cook for 1-2 mins, until fragrant.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-35311-step-2-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Add remaining coconut milk measure to pan. Bring to a simmer and cook for about 10 mins, until veggies are tender and sauce has thickened. Cut broccoli into florets, dice stalk and add to pan. Cook for a further 3 mins, until broccoli is tender.
