From cookies to loaves, and savoury options too, there&#8217;s plenty of options to fill the lunchboxes of kids and adults alike. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What do all these recipes have in common? They&#8217;re all refined sugar free and use more natural and nutritious sweeteners like honey and maple syrup. They also find ways to incorporate more whole food ingredients, and minimal processed ingredients. Oats and wholemeal flour offer fibre, and healthy fats come in the form of olive oil, nuts, seeds and nut butters.
