Simply store in an air-tight container in fridge or freezer.<\/em><\/p>\n<figure>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" data-width=\"1255\" data-height=\"836\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn-images-1.medium.com\/max\/800\/1*fjkC6qszEtIi7sm-IKB61Q.jpeg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\"><br \/>\n<\/figure>\n<p>Makes 14 bliss balls<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Ingredients<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 cup raw cashew nuts<br \/>\u00bc cup desiccated coconut<br \/>Pinch of salt<br \/>5 pitted medjool dates (or 120g soaked, pitted dates)<br \/>1 tablespoon tahini paste<br \/>1 tablespoon maple syrup<br \/>\u00bc teaspoon vanilla paste or extract<br \/>1 tablespoon water (if using soaked dates, omit water)<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>To coat<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>3\u20134 tablespoons desiccated coconut or coconut thread<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Method<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Combine cashew nuts, coconut and salt in a food processor and blend for 30\u201360 seconds, until broken down and mixture resembles a crumb.<\/p>\n<p>2. If using soaked dates, squeeze to remove any excess liquid. Add all remaining ingredients to food processor and blend for a further 1\u20132 minutes, until combined and mixture is sticky.<\/p>\n<p>3. Using a tablespoon measure and wet hands, roll mixture into balls. Using clean hands, roll balls in coconut to coat.<\/p>\n<p>4. Place balls in fridge to set.
