Pat beef dry and toss with smoky spiced and oil. Season with salt and pepper.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-5873-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Cook beef on BBQ for 3-4 minutes each side, for medium (depending on thickness), or until cooked to your liking. Rest, covered. Add courgette and capsicum to hot plate and cook for about 3 minutes, until just tender.
