The bites are full of flavour and nutrients to keep you on track with your healthy lifestyle goals.<\/em><\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-caption\">\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" data-width=\"2500\" data-height=\"2500\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn-images-1.medium.com\/max\/800\/1*dJvhezt5zCDI8dhCrBKmQg.jpeg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\"><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\"><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong><em>Ingredients<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1\u00bd cups roughly chopped broccoli<br \/>2 eggs<br \/>\u00bc onion, finely diced<br \/>3 tablespoons wholemeal breadcrumbs<br \/>\u00bc cup ground almonds<br \/>1\u20132 tablespoons chopped coriander<br \/>2 teaspoons soy sauce<br \/>\u00bd teaspoon sesame oil<br \/>1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste<br \/>\u00bd teaspoon pepper<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dipping sauce (optional)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 tablespoon soy sauce<br \/>\u00bd teaspoon fish sauce<br \/>\u00bd teaspoon sesame oil<br \/>Pinch of chilli flakes<br \/>1\/8 teaspoon honey (optional)<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Methods<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Preheat oven to 210\u00b0C. Line an oven tray with baking paper. Bring a small pot of salted water to the boil.<\/p>\n<p>1. Cook broccoli in pot of boiling water for 1 minute then drain, rinse under cold water until cool and drain again well.<\/p>\n<p>2. Chop broccoli very finely and add to a medium bowl, along with all remaining broccoli bites ingredients. Mix thoroughly to combine.<\/p>\n<p>3. Using a tablespoon measure and clean, damp hands, roll mixture into kofta shaped logs and place on prepared tray. Bake for 16\u201318 minutes, until golden brown and crispy. Allow to cool slightly before eating.<\/p>\n<p>4.
