Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend for 1\u20132 minutes, until just smooth and combined.<\/li>\n<li>Chill for about 2 hours before enjoying with seedy crackers or crudites.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Tip.<\/strong> To roast pumpkin or kumara, preheat oven to 220\u00b0C. Toss veggies on a lined oven tray with \u00bc tsp oil and roast for about 22 minutes, until tender.
