Add all falafel ingredients to a food processor, along with 1\/2 tsp salt. Season with pepper. Blend for about 1 minute, until combined.<\/li>\n<li>Make patties. Using a tablespoon measure and damp hands, shape mixture into patties.<\/li>\n<li>Cook falafel. Heat 1 tsp oil in a non-stick fry-pan on medium heat.
