Preheat oven grill to high.<\/p>\n<p>2. Prep hummus ingredients.<\/p>\n<p>3. Grill capsicum. Toss capsicum on an oven tray with 1\/4 tsp oil and 1\/2 tsp salt. Grill (on upper oven rack) for about 15 minutes, until tender and beginning to brown.<\/p>\n<p>4. Make hummus. Add all hummus ingredients to a food processor, along with capsicum, 1\/2 tsp salt and 1 tsp extra-virgin olive oil. Blend until smooth.<\/p>\n<p>5.
