Add peas to pot of boiling water and cook for 1\u20132 minutes, until bright green and tender. Drain, rinse under cold water and drain again well.<\/li>\n<li>Make dip. Combine all dip ingredients and 1\/2 tsp salt in a food processor and blitz for about 1 minute, until roughly combined.
