Heat 2 tsp oil in a medium pot on medium heat. Add onions and a pinch of salt and cook, stirring often for 12-15 minutes, until caramelised. If onions start to stick, add a splash of water. This will also help get them jammy.<\/li><li><strong>Finish dip<\/strong><br>Allow onions to cool. Finely chop chives and mix in a bowl with cooled onions, yoghurt, sour cream, garlic powder and smoked paprika. Season to taste with salt and pepper and keep in fridge, until ready to eat. <\/li><li><strong>Prep &amp; cook chips<\/strong><br>Thinly sliced kumara, beetroot and potato into rounds and toss in a medium bowl with 1 tsp oil. Season with salt and cook in batches, in a single layer on your air fryer tray, for 10-15 minutes, until golden.<\/li><li><strong>Serve<\/strong><br>Chip with dip on the side. <\/li><\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Craving a yummy snack?
