How do you own your mornings?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I love the mornings and get my best work done early in the morning. I like to start my mornings slow so I set my alarm early and make sure there is enough time for a cup of tea in bed before getting ready for the day. On the bus on the way to work I pop my headphones on and do a calm meditation on my calm app. I shut the world out for 10 minutes and get to work ready to take on the day! I also love that it&#8217;s multi tasking haha!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What are you loving at the moment?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I&#8217;m OBSESSED with making pasta at the moment. Delicious fresh pasta MMMM!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What are you eating for breaky at the moment?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Honestly I&#8217;m such a peanut butter on toast followed by a flat white kind of person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How do you practice mindfulness?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As above I do a calm meditation daily (highly recommend the app!)
