Cut cucumber in half lengthways and thinly slice on the angle. Finely grate Parmesan cheese. Add garlic, pancetta and mushrooms and cook for about 5 minutes stirring often, until golden. Add cream and reduce heat to medium. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, until thickened (see tip). Remove from heat and season to taste with salt.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-9639-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Cook pasta<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span style=\"display: block;\">Separate pasta so it is not stuck together. Cook pasta in pot of boiling water for about 3 minutes, until just tender.
