Throughout the 6 Week Kickstart we\u2019ll be sitting down with each of our Wellness Panel to get a little insight into what they\u2019re loving this spring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Here&#8217;s 5 things Amber is loving this Spring!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. <strong>ASPARAGUS<\/strong> &#8211; my favourite vegetable. I await its return each year (but I also don&#8217;t mind a little canned asparagus roll year-round!)\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. <strong>DAY LIGHT SAVINGS<\/strong> &#8211; for me getting up earlier than I have to in the morning to exercise is such a tax, so longer days means I can get out after work and help any stress from the day melt away.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. <strong>THE GARDEN<\/strong> &#8211; watching my garden come back to life and planting for summer! I&#8217;m a lover of all things Italian so basil and tomato plants are always first on the list.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. <strong>BREAKFAST<\/strong> &#8211; with the weather getting warmer I&#8217;m craving a lighter breakfast. On a Sunday I meal prep a weeks worth of chia pudding and lately I have been cooking a rhubarb and blueberry compote to go with it and its SO YUM! I finish it off with a little sprinkle of our Nutty Raspberry toasted muesli from The Kitchen for added crunch.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. <strong>PIZZA!<\/strong> &#8211; I\u2019ve been loving the latest Chef\u2019s Table Netflix episodes on pizza, and I&#8217;m really looking forward to getting my pizza oven out with the weather getting better.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Spring has finally sprung and with the change in season often comes changes in behaviours \u2013 whether that\u2019s what we\u2019re eating, how we\u2019re exercising, and so much more.
