- 250 g packed pre-cooked rice
- 350 g slaw
- 180 g smoked salmon cut into 2 pieces
- 40 g mayonnaise
- 1 tsp sesame seeds toasted
- 1 tsp black sesame seeds toasted
- 1 sheet nori shredded
Heat rice Squeeze rice in pack to separate grains. Tear top and microwave in pack for two minutes. Serve Rice and slaw in bowls topped with salmon. Dollop over mayo and sprinkle over sesame seeds and nori.
