Joelene's 100 Second Slice

Ingredients

  • 1 cup low sugar muesli or oats or GF alternative
  • ¼ cup melted coconut oil
  • 2 Tbsp cacao nibs
  • 2 Tbsp chocolate protein powder
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup optional
  • ½ cup tamari almonds or other nuts
  • ½ cup pumpkin seeds or other seeds
  • ½ tsp sea salt

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl until well coated in the coconut oil.
  • Press into a square container (for a slice) or roll into golf-ball sized balls.
  • Refrigerate to set and keep cool.
