Joelene's 100 Second Slice
Ingredients

low sugar muesli or oats
or GF alternative
¼
cup
melted coconut oil

Tbsp
cacao nibs

Tbsp
chocolate protein powder

Tbsp
maple syrup
optional
½
cup
tamari almonds
or other nuts
½
cup
pumpkin seeds
or other seeds
½
tsp
sea salt
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl until well coated in the coconut oil.
Press into a square container (for a slice) or roll into golf-ball sized balls.
Refrigerate to set and keep cool.
