Preheat oven to 150°C (or 170 fan bake)
Remove individual kale leaves from stalk.
Evenly place kale leaves on lined baking tray with measure of olive oil - massage into the kale, then sprinkle with salt.
Bake until edges are slightly browned, but not burnt (8-15 minutes) - keep an eye on them as they can burn quickly! Enjoy.
