Prep carrotsCut carrots into chips and combine in a bowl with oil, corn flour, paprika and salt and pepper. Spread carrot sticks on lined baking tray.
Bake carrot chipsBake for approximately 20-25 minutes, or until golden and edges are browned and crisp. Rotate carrot sticks halfway through cook time. Pick coriander leaves.
ServeToss hot carrot chips with fresh coriander. Enjoy!
