200gBrussels sproutscut into quarters

1tspbalsamic vinegar ^

50gpecansroughly chopped
30gdried cranberries

Instructions
Preheat oven to 200°C bake. Line an oven tray.
Cut Brussel sprouts into quarters. Toss with oil, honey and vinegar. Place of lined baking tray and season to taste. Roast for 20-25 minutes, until tender and golden.
Toss sprouts with pecans and cranberries. Serve warm alongside your favourite roast.
