Preheat oven to 200°C. Line an oven tray with baking paper.
Unroll pastry dough and cut into 0.5cm strips. Wrap each sausage in 1-2 pastry strips to create a mummy look, leaving a small gap for the eyes at the top.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden and sausages are cooked through. Use some mayo or mustard to dot little eyes onto the mummies.
Plate up with tomato sauce for dipping.
