1/2banana
100gGreek yoghurt
3/4cuplite blue milk (or milk of choice)
1scoopprotein powder(unflavoured or vanilla)
1tspvanilla extract
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy (1 - 2 minutes).
Tip: if the portion feels too large, start with half or sip slowly over 20-30 minutes.
