No BUT we will remember what you chose the week before, so if you don’t remember to go in and select your meals, you will receive similar proteins the following week.
The recipes that are 'Dairy Lite' or 'Gluten Lite' will be marked underneath the recipe. Click on each recipe image in the account image in the account area for detailed recipe information.
Each recipe will have the featured protein in the recipe title as well as any relevant recipe tags (e.g. Vegetarian). When you are selecting your meals in the account area, simply click on each recipe image for more detailed information including ingredients, nutritional information, cooking instructions and timings.
The upcoming recipes are available to view under the Deliveries tab. With orders locking at 11:59pm on Sunday for the following week, the recipes will be uploaded by end of day Tuesday of that week - giving you 5 days to look at your account and make any swaps that you want. Tip: If you get your My Food Bag delivery on a Saturday or Sunday, use the arrival of you delivery as a reminder to check the next week's menu!
Just like the order cut-off, all recipes must be selected by 11:59pm on Sunday for the following week.
You will receive a 'Coming Your Way this Weekend' email every Tuesday. In this email, we will confirm the recipes you have selected and include the pantry staples required for each.
There are two vegetarian or plant based recipes each week. These can easily be combined with fish or chicken recipes to create a flexitarian menu if desired however a full vegetarian My Choice menu is not currently available.
Whenever you see a recipe with the label 'Lower Calorie' you can be assured that each serve will be 550 calories or less. Taking inspiration from our Fresh Start range these meals will be light but will still finger-licking delicious and leaving you full and happy at the end.
