Nadia Lemongrass Lim

HEAD Chef & Dietitian

‘Nude Food’ advocate Nadia Lim is passionate about delicious, healthy food that is simple and easy to prepare. The qualified dietitian shot to fame after winning the second series of MasterChef New Zealand. Nadia is the author of four best-selling cookbooks, a guest judge on MasterChef and My Kitchen Rules NZ, and at the heart of My Food Bag, helping to create fresh and delicious recipes that make best use of what’s in season.

Cecilia Couscous Robinson

Group CEO

Serial entrepreneur and 2013 Ernst & Young "Young Entrepreneur of the Year", My Food Bag is the brainchild of Cecilia. Now a citizen of god’s own, Cecilia came to our shores from Stockholm, Sweden. Cecilia’s love of good food comes from her globetrotting travels and "foodie" family. With a growing toddler on her hands and a forever starving husband - Cecilia believes My Food Bag has been launched just in the nick of time!

Theresa Turmeric Gattung


One of New Zealand’s best known business women, Theresa founded My Food Bag alongside Cecilia and Nadia. As the first female CEO of a publicly listed company in New Zealand, Theresa is a trailblazer and knows a good thing when she sees it. Nowadays, Theresa is involved with a range of both commercial and charitable organisations including the SPCA. While Theresa has a keen love of baking - she doesn’t rate her cooking ability and loves the convenience and inspiration that My Food Bag offers.

Kevin Rhubarb Roberts


Kevin joined My Food Bag as Chair in March 2015. Kevin is Executive Chairman of Saatchi & Saatchi Worldwide, where he was CEO Worldwide from 1997 to 2014. His extensive international business career includes leadership and marketing roles at PepsiCo, Procter & Gamble, Lion Nathan and Spark. Kevin’s inspirational leadership style and customer love philosophy is a great fit with the My Food Bag team. Author of the game changing Lovemark books, Kevin’s lovemarks include the All Blacks, Manchester City and of course My Food Bag.

James Ravioli Robinson

Group COO

A jack of all trades, James oversees our Finance, Marketing and Digital operations. My Food Bag is the second business James has founded with his wife Cecilia, after launching Au Pair Link - one of New Zealand’s largest home based childcare providers which they sold to the NZX listed Evolve Education Group in late 2014. A big food lover (eating not cooking) like Carlos, James also grew up on a large East Coast sheep farm. Along with Cecilia, James is the proud parent Thomas "Sausage" Robinson.

Carlos Bruschetta Bagrie

Group Creative Director

Working across Australia and New Zealand, Carlos is our brand guardian and creative ‘go to guy’ for My Food Bag. Having grown up on a Southland sheep farm, Carlos has a strong connection with the land and understands the journey food takes from farm to plate. Also a whiz in the kitchen, Carlos has learnt from the best, My Food Bag’s head chef and his wife Nadia!

Keiran Korma Andersen

Chief Financial Officer

Having held senior commercial and finance roles in the UK, Keiran is also a Chartered Accountant. With two young children and professional husband – she was already a Classic Food Bag customer before she joined the business. Keiran loves a good curry and has a focus on health and wellness as a yoga fanatic.

Richard Ragu Wafer

Chief Procurement Officer

Richard joins us from a truly foodie background. He spent 6 years working for Cadbury in Dublin before returning to New Zealand with his wife to work at Goodman Fielder. Richard is a huge fan of Italian food, but like any good Kiwi, enjoys a classic pavlova. In his spare time Richard loves being outdoors, whether it be diving for crayfish or swinging his way around a golf course.

Trisha Marmalade Mcewan

Business Advisor

Trisha, the former General Manager of HR at Telecom joined the My Food Bag team as a business advisor in late 2014. She supports the My Food Bag team across all aspects people and purpose related. Trisha is a passionate foodie and not only understands the ingredients to put together a great team but also a brilliant recipe. Trisha’s operating philosophy is simple; she says “I will work with people I like, for a purpose I believe in, doing things I am good at, for the country I love”.

Anton Allspice Leyland

Head of Recipe Development

Anton realised food was his destiny after topping Home Economics when he was only 15 years old. From there, Anton took up various prestigious positions around the world including Sydney’s Tetsuya’s and working as an inflight Chef in the Middle East. More recently, Anton has been back home as Head Chef of iconic restaurant Kermadec and working with Bidvest, where he delved into the world of supply & distribution that brought him to My Food Bag.

Luke Linguine Smith

Head of Digital Operations

Making the move from Christchurch to Auckland many years ago, Luke has a digital background which stretches across agency, publisher, and client roles, making him well versed in approaching challenges from numerous angles. A self-admitted digital nut, Luke loves communicating through digital to create meaningful consumer connections. While he enjoys a good meal, Luke isn’t the best in the kitchen, something him and especially his wife hope to change through My Food Bag.

Fiona Fennel McCauley

Chief Experience Officer

Fiona’s 15 year success in marketing and media has come from knowing and loving her customers to the moon and back. Making the customer experience easy, fuss free and always delicious! Fiona’s life outside work is a feast of good food, family and fun times. The Family Bag is perfect for the growing taste buds of Fiona’s kids who love to help out with the cooking.

Hannah Honeycomb Howard

Group Finance Manager

Hannah, a Chartered Accountant, recently made the change from professional accounting to commercial and is excited to become involved in driving the financial management of My Food Bag. Hannah is an avid surfer, but also loves all sorts of outdoor activities. Finding healthy and delicious ways to fuel her body is incredibly important to Hannah and My Food Bag plays a big part in helping her do so.

Lucy Miso Marsh

Senior Purchasing Manager

Originally hailing from Dunedin in the deep south, Lucy moved to Auckland to work as a supply chain graduate in the beverage industry. Lucy is a bit of a health and fitness fanatic. She loves going to the gym and going hiking in the weekend. Passionate about helping people, Lucy and her family work with an orphanage in Tanzania called Tamiha. She really enjoyed spending some eye-opening time over there last year, and hopes to return sometime soon.

Maja Mandarin Arlov

Purchasing Manager

Maja, originally from Yugoslavia, immigrated to NZ in 1995. She very much calls New Zealand home, specifically Auckland’s North Shore. After Maja graduated with a Bachelor of Business from AUT she started her career in produce at Turners and Growers, specialising in importing fresh produce. Maja is such a big foodie that there are too many favourite foods to name.

Rebecca Macadamia Meade

Operations Manager Auckland

Rebecca is a keen baker! It runs in her blood, her great grandfather was a master baker in Scotland. Rebecca is involved in a charity organisation called Operation Sugar, where every year she bakes a cake for a seriously ill child on their birthday. She has worked in Supply Chain for the last decade and graduated last year with a Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain and Logistics Management.

Jeremy Jalapeño O’Dea

Operations Manager Wellington

Jeremy is our Operations Assistant based in Wellington. Having lived in the capital his whole life, he knows the windy city like the back of his hand. Jeremy has a background in the horticulture industry and joined the My Food Bag team after spending the past 15 years managing pip and stone fruit orchards. If he’s not busy managing our Wellington operations, he’ll be out in the wild, hunting or fishing.

Catherine Capsicum George

Team Leader Customer Experience

Catherine comes from a variety of customer care roles, most recently a bank. Catherine is passionate about delighting our foodies in their interactions with customer services. Catherine is currently eating her way through the Metro Top 50 Restaurants, a task she is thoroughly enjoying. Next year’s challenge is the Top 100 Cheap Eats. When Catherine is not eating out she’s cooking her My Gourmet Bag for herself and her husband.

Amy Avocado Vo

Customer Services & Technical Support

Amy has a strong passion to work with and help people. Being able to use this, whilst incorporating her love for food, Amy feels she has hit the jackpot with My Food Bag! Being half New Zealander and half Vietnamese, she loves exploring her native roots and learning about different cuisines. She especially enjoys trying new restaurants and experimenting with outlandish recipes. Amy has even tried crocodile, kangaroo and ostrich! She truly is an adventurous foodie!

Harriet Hazelnut Munro


After graduating from Otago University with a double major in Marketing and Consumer Food Science, Harriet nailed her ‘dream job’ with My Food Bag. Harriet looks after My Food Bag’s marketing and brand collateral including; recipe cards, customer communications, social media and the blog. Also arranging advertising and promotions, Harriet is passionate about getting the My Food Bag brand out there. In her spare time, you’ll find Harriet hitting a group fitness class at the gym or catching up with friends!

Matt Pepper Paul


Matt is one of our Marketing Executives, working closely with Harriet and the wider team to share the MFB love far and wide! With a passion for visual language and experience in a variety of marketing settings, Matt is all about attention to detail and making words spring to life! When it comes to food, his taste veers towards tasty American diner foods, although he likes to keep things balanced and loves fruit and veges for their ‘feelgood’ factor. In his down time, Matt keeps busy writing music in his home studio, and rounds out his creative streak by with new art and video projects on the go.



Sarah joins My Food Bag from a number of years in photography, including fine arts, fashion and more recently a successful career in advertising. It was here that her passions for food and photography fused! A long time vegetarian and foodie she loves trying new restaurants and cooking up a storm for friends. When not behind the lens Sarah can be found with her nose in a book, wandering galleries and listening to live music.

Robbie Rocket Hamilton-Johns

Purchasing Coordinator

Robbie is a born and bred Aucklander, who spent a brief stint in Christchurch for school and university with some natural disasters thrown in there too. Robbie completed a Bachelor of Commerce in Operations and Supply Chain Management at the University of Auckland in 2014. He worked as a Junior Analyst for healthAlliance for a few months before joining My Food Bag. Robbie is an avid reader and loves to spend his time watching movies and TV shows.

Charlotte Sashimi Stirrat

Office Administration and Customer Experience Co-ordinator

Charlotte is a recent University of Otago graduate who recently earnt a Bachelor of Applied Science, majoring in Consumer Food Science and Marketing. She has a passion for all things food, especially trying out new cafes and restaurants. Charlotte loves going to the French market in the weekends, you might even find her talking her dog Hugo there. When not responding to emails and chatting with customers, she helps manage our bustling office.

Becks Butternut Bradley

Customer Services/Marketing Assistant

Butternut has been on the scene since day one. Starting as a part-timer out on the road and now full time in the office, Becks knows My Food Bag inside-out! You may have heard her lovely voice on the phone or chatted to her on the web! Becks is an absolute foodie and loves spending her spare time experimenting in the kitchen and cooking for her flatmates.

Michaela Mango Egbers

Customer Services

Michaela is a fit foodie and is currently training to run a marathon for the Cancer Society! Her love for backpacking has recently taken her to South East Asia where she fell in love with Asian style dishes; however this new favourite did not replace her guilty pleasure for all things sweet! Michaela is nearing the end of her Bachelor of Commerce degree at Auckland University where after, she hopes to continue to pursue her adoration travel...and food!

Zoe Zucchini Gardner

Customer Services

Zoe grew up in the Wairarapa and after a two year OE, moved to Auckland to complete a Bachelor of Communications, Majoring in Public Relations. After graduating, Zoe joined our wonderful customer services team! She is passionate about all things food and especially loves inspiring her young son to try new and different foods on a daily basis. For this reason, the Family Bag is perfect for Zoe!

Bella Bocconcini Piper-Jarrett

Customer Services

Bella is a go-getter! Bella’s sense of adventure has taken to her abroad many a time, her favourite place being Hawaii! Bella loves the sun and surf that accompanies summer as well as the seasonal foodie delights that come along with it. Her priorities currently lie in her Master’s degree; she is well on track to become a dietitian. With this knowledge in hand she is the perfect accompaniment to our wonderful customer services team, she can answer any of your foodie questions, no problem!

Olivia Orzo Griffiths

Customer Services

Olivia is a born and bred Wellingtonian who has recently moved to Auckland to finish her Law degree at the University of Auckland. Olivia is consumed by wanderlust and cooking; two things she loves to do when she doesn’t have her head in a book! Olivia’s My Food Bag of choice is the Gourmet Food Bag, she loves treating herself and her friends to the Gourmet goodness.

Laura Oregano Osborn

Customer Services

Laura has come from a long line of foodies, while fresh food is her go to, she has a guilty pleasure for anything that contains chocolate! When Laura hasn’t got her head down studying for her Events Management degree, she’ll be found at the beach with a good book, or pounding the pavement training for half marathons. As a born and bred Auckland local, Laura is a staple in our customer services team thanks to her geographical knowledge!

Gabriella has grown up all around New Zealand and has recently settled down in Auckland to study communications. She enjoys many flavours of the world, including Mexican, Asian fusion, and Italian! Gabriella is always keen on trying new cafes and restaurants around Auckland in her spare time and stares towards eating organic and free range wherever possible. In her spare time, she enjoys the outdoors and exploring all New Zealand has to offer.

Polly Pomegranate Brodie

Senior recipe developer & development kitchen chef

Polly has recently returned to New Zealand from touring the world for the past 5 years, working and living on super yachts. She started as a stewardess, and then became a crew chef. Polly loves being back in NZ, making the most of the outdoors, the beach, the snow, camping… anything outside really! Polly is passionate about cooking and food which lead to her study nutrition and dietetics through the University of Otago. She loves the idea of getting people to cook at home with their friends and family.

Tim Trevally Read

Recipe Developer

Tim grew up in just north of Wellington, in Levin. And moved up to Auckland to study physiotherapy. Although he’s always been a fan of eating, cooking is still kind of new to him. He is happiest outdoors, hunting, fishing or diving, getting the best and freshest of ingredients for a dinner party with friends. Winning Masterchef 2015 has launched him into food full time, part of which is spent here with us.

Originally hailing from Zimbabwe, Mike and his family immigrated to NZ when he was 10 years old. Mike’s passion for cooking started early on when he began working part time in a restaurant during high school. Following high school he studied chefing at Auckland University of Technology. Since then Mike has worked in several Auckland top 50 restaurants, most recently sous chef at Hotel Debrett.

Drawing on her Italian roots, Kay is a massive foodie and can frequently be found in the kitchen cooking for her four hungry sons! She is loved by our customers for her bubbly personality, and has even starred in the My Food Bag TV commercial. Kay has been with us from the start and loves chatting up a storm on the phone or promoting us around town.

Danielle Daikon Pearson

Junior Recipe Developer and Test Cook

Born in London, Danielle moved to Christchurch when she was 5 years old. Danielle studied and worked as a personal trainer before deciding she wanted to work more with food and nutrition. To follow this dream she moved to Auckland to study towards a Bachelor of Science majoring in Human Nutrition. As a (rather large!) reward to herself, Danielle then did a 4 month foodie OE, eating her way around Europe. In her spare time you’ll find Danielle keeping active, café hopping (you can’t beat a NZ coffee and brunch!), heading to the markets, enjoying the outdoors, travelling, and of course cooking.

Nikki Juniper Jost

Nikki is obsessed with all things food. From working in top Sydney café, Porch & Parlour, to having her own corporate, lunch-time delivery business called Tuckshop & Co., Nikki is a true foodie. She recently moved home to Auckland from Sydney to be closer to my family and loved ones.



Rebecca grew up on a farm in North East England and had a passion for food from an early age. After graduating from Nottingham University, she jumped on a plane to New Zealand and has never looked back. She loves supporting kiwi companies and was previously a Recipe Writer for a New Zealand food magazine and Retail Manager for a New Zealand handcrafted bread company. She's also a qualified Primary School Teacher, a qualified chef, gluten free aficionado and loves to entertain at home - a seriously versatile foodie!

Niki Nectarine Dykes

Assistant Accountant

Niki has just returned to home after spending 5 years living and working in London. While overseas, Niki and her fiancé spent much of their spare time exploring Europe and America. Niki, being a passionate foodie, loved discovering new cuisines during her travels – Turkish, German and Thai foods in particular. Niki previously worked at Overland Footwear, which led her to develop another strong passion – shoes! This interest was put on hold when she lived in London as she had to wear sensible shoes due to all of the cobblestones. But since returning home this hobby has reignited!

Jonathan Sirloin Sutton

Operations Planning Analyst

Jonathan was initially hired as a delivery driver for My Food Bag, but he quickly moved on to work part time as Operations Assistant in our Auckland distribution centre. When he’s not being our in-house FBI agent (Food Bag Inspector) checking quality and organising our produce and other ingredients, Jonathan is studying a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Environmental Science and Geology at the University of Auckland.

David Dumpling Nokes

Operations Assistant

Born and bred in the UK, David immigrated to New Zealand with his wife and two daughters in 2000. Before joining the My Food Bag family, David worked in the health care sector as an ambulance officer and advanced paramedic for 26 years. David’s original position was as a delivery driver in the Wellington area. He’s now progressed to an operational support position working with Jeremy in Otaki. David’s taste in food without a doubt is traditional English grub accompanied by a New Zealand beer.

Brendan Broccoli Gibbons

Operations Assistant

Born and raised in West Auckland, Brendan is a member of our hands-on operations team. In his spare time, Brendan loves spending time with his family, especially his five kids. Brendan is also a sports fanatic, who eagerly follows rugby union and league!

Michael Burrito Barry

Operations Assistant

A born and raised Aucklander, Mike did his schooling in the City of Sails before temporarily moving to Wellington. Now living back in Auckland, Mike is completing a Bachelor of Primary Education. Mike begun working for My Food Bag as a delivery driver, but has progressed to helping in many roles, from managing operations at our delivery hubs to attending the weekly produce markets. When Mike isn’t studying or working he enjoys snowboarding and watching rugby league.

Daylin Dill Alvares

Operations Assistant

Daylin comes from a foodie family of five, so is naturally passionate about food! His favourite cuisine is Italian with Thai being a close runner-up. When not helping to organise the My Food Bag goodness, he’s studying engineering and finance at the University of Auckland. Daylin also loves music; he plays the guitar and sings!

Ben Butterbean Dryden

Operations Assistant

Ben is a born and bred Aucklander who also happens to be a keen Warriors fan. He has a Master of Science in cognitive neuroscience. His favourite cuisines are Mexican and Ethiopian!

Kristy Cranberry Cremer

Social Media Assistant

Kristy is an Auckland native who is currently studying Food Technology. Kristy helps manage our social media after hours and loves engaging with our fantastic customers. She is a true foodie who loves baking and experimenting with all cuisines. In her spare time, you’ll find Kristy keeping active by swimming laps at the pool.
