Lamb Moussaka with Salad

Ingredients

Moussaka

  • 1 lamb moussaka

Salad

  • ½ lettuce
  • ½ telegraph cucumber
  • ½ red onion
  • 1 sachet Greek dressing

Steps

  1. Cook moussaka Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove plastic cover from lamb moussaka and cover with foil. Place on an oven tray and cook for about 30 minutes, or until heated through. Alternatively, spoon meal into a baking or casserole dish and cook at 200ºC for about 25 minutes, until heated through.
  2. Prep salad Roughly chop lettuce; dice cucumber; thinly slice red onion. Toss together in large bowl with dressing. Season to taste.
  3. Serve moussaka with salad on the side.
