  • 3 pizza bases
  • 1 pack tomato paste
  • 2 Tbsp sweet chilli sauce
  • 1/3 cup cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp veggie basil pesto
  • ½ red onion
  • 1 pack mushrooms
  • 1½ cups grated cheese

Salad

  • 1 baby cos lettuce
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber

To Serve

  • Remaining basil pesto
