Baked Gnocchi with Beef Ragu and Salad

Ingredients

Gnocchi

  • 1 baked gnocchi with beef ragu

Salad

  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2/3 pack baby spinach
  • 1 pack balsamic dressing

To Serve

  • 1 bunch torn basil leaves

Steps

  1. Cook gnocchi Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove plastic sleeve from gnocchi. Place on an oven tray and cook for about 30 minutes, until heated through. Alternatively, spoon meal into a baking or casserole dish and cook at 200ºC for about 30 minutes, until heated through.
  2. Prep salad Dice tomatoes 1cm and add to a medium bowl along with spinach and balsamic dressing. Toss to combine and season.
  3. Serve baked gnocchi with salad on the side and sprinkle with basil
