Ingredients

Sesame Fish

  • 1 pack market fish
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 pack sesame seeds
  • 2 Tbsp flour

Veggies and Noodles

  • 2 baby bok choy
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 broccoli
  • 1 pack soba noodles
  • 1/2 pack sesame soy glaze

To Serve

  • Remaining sesame soy glaze

Steps

  1. Prep fish Bring a pot of salted water to the boil. Pat fish dry and remove any remaining bones. Cut into 8cm pieces and toss in a bowl with soy sauce and a drizzle of sesame oil.
  2. Prep veggies Cut bok choy into quarters; peel carrots into ribbons; cut broccoli into small florets.
  3. Cook fish Heat a drizzle of oil in a non-stick fry-pan on medium-high heat. Add sesame seeds and flour to bowl with fish, toss to combine. Cook fish, in batches, for 2-3 minutes each side, depending on thickness, or until cooked through. Set aside to rest, reserve pan.
  4. Cook noodles Cook soba noodles in pot of boiling water for about 4 minutes or until tender. Drain and return to pot with a drizzle of oil to prevent sticking.
  5. Cook veggies Return reserved pan to a high heat with a drizzle of oil. Stir-fry bok choy and broccoli for about 3 minutes until tender. Add carrot and first measure of sesame soy glaze and toss to combine. Season to taste.
  6. Serve noodles topped with veggies, fish and a drizzle of remaining sesame soy glaze.
