Hoisin Pulled Pork Tacos with Crispy Shallots

Ingredients
Pork
- 1 pack pulled pork
- 1 pack five spice mix
- 1 Tbsp hoisin sauce
Slaw
- 1 capsicum, thinly sliced
- 1/2 pack slaw
- 1 Tbsp sesame mayo
To Serve
- 1 pack tortillas
- 1 pack crispy shallots
- 1 bunch coriander
- Remaining hoisin sauce
- Remaining sesame mayo
Steps

Cook pork. Heat a drizzle of oil in a medium fry-pan on medium-high heat. Cook pork, five spice mix and 2 Tbsp water for 2-3 minutes, until hot through. Stir through first measure of hoisin sauce and cook for a further minute.

Meanwhile, make slaw. Combine capsicum with slaw and first measure of sesame mayo. Toss well.

Heat tortillas. Separate wraps and restack on a plate. Cover with a damp tea towel and microwave for about 1 minute, until warmed through.

Serve tortillas filled with pork and slaw. Top with crispy shallots, coriander, remaining hoisin sauce and sesame mayo.
