Ingredients
CHICKEN AND BACON LASAGNE
- 1 chicken and bacon lasagne
SLAW
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon vinegar (e.g. balsamic, red wine)
- ½ cabbage
- 1 carrot
Steps

oven to 220°C. Set aside an oven tray.

Use a butter knife to cut the lasagne in half widthways, to ensure even cooking. Place lasagne on prepared tray and bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden and heated through.

While lasagne cooks, combine mayonnaise and vinegar in a medium bowl and set aside.

Thinly slice cabbage until you have about 3 cups worth and grate carrot. Add veggies to bowl with dressing and toss to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

cut lasagne and divide between plates with a handful of slaw on the side.
