Grilled Fruit with Raspberry and Maple Sprinkle

A sweet summer desert!


Ingredients

Grilled Stone Fruit with Raspberry and Maple Sprinkle

  • 4 pieces of stone fruit
  • 1 sachet grilled fruit spice mix
  • 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream or yoghurt
  • 100g Pure Delish Raspberry & Maple Nut Nograin-Ola

Steps

  1. Preheat BBQ hot plate or grill to medium. Cut stone fruit in half and remove stones.
  2. Toss stone fruit with a drizzle of oil and grill on BBQ, cut-side-down, for about 4 minutes, then flip and cook a further 2 minutes, until warmed through and golden.
  3. Sprinkle with grilled fruit spice mix and cook for a further 30 seconds each side, until caramelised.
  4. To serve, place stone fruit into bowls and top with vanilla ice cream or yoghurt and a healthy dose of raspberry and maple sprinkle.
