Chicken and Leek Pie with Broccoli and Apple Salad

Ingredients

Pie

  • 1 chicken and leek pie

Salad

  • 1 broccoli
  • 1apple
  • 2 spring onions
  • 1 baby cos lettuce
  • 1 pack balsamic dressing

Steps

  1. Cook pie Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove plastic cover from chicken pie. Place on an oven tray and cook for about 30 minutes, until heated through and the pastry is golden.
  2. Prep salad Bring a pot of water to the boil. Cut broccoli into small florets, add to pot of boiling water and cook for 3-4 minutes, until bright green and tender. Drain and add to a bowl. Thinly slice apple and spring onions and roughly chop lettuce. Toss together with the broccoli and salad dressing. Season.
  3. Serve chicken pie with salad on the side.
