Chicken Potato Gratin with Summer Salad

Ingredients

Chicken potato gratin

  • 1 chicken potato gratin

Summer salad

  • 1 cos lettuce
  • ½ telegraph cucumber *
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 pack honey mustard dressing

Steps

  1. Cook chicken potato gratin Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove plastic cover from chicken potato gratin and cover with foil. Place on an oven tray and cook for about 30 minutes, or until heated through. Remove from oven on tray.
  2. Make salad Roughly chop lettuce; peel cucumber into ribbons; dice avocado flesh 2cm. Place all in a bowl, along with the honey mustard dressing. Toss and season.
  3. Serve chicken potato gratin with summer salad on the side.
