Ingredients
Chicken Marbella
- 1 chicken Marbella
Bulgur
- 1 pack bulgur wheat
- 1 bag baby spinach
- 150g yoghurt

Cook chicken Marbella Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove plastic cover from chicken Marbella and cover with foil. Place on an oven tray and cook for about 30 minutes, or until heated through. Remove from oven on tray. Alternatively, spoon meal into an oven dish and cook at 200ºC for about 25 minutes, until heated through.

Cook bulgur Bring a full kettle to the boil. In a heat-proof bowl, add bulgur and a pinch of salt and cover with boiling water. Cover and leave to soak for 15-18 minutes, until grains are tender. Drain well. Add to salad bowl, fold through spinach and season.

Serve bulgur topped with chicken Marbella and a dollop of yoghurt.
