Baked Gnocchi with Beef Ragù and Salad

Ingredients

Gnocchi

  • 1 baked gnocchi with beef ragù

Salad

  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 bag baby spinach
  • 1 pack balsamic dressing
  • 1 bunch basil leaves

Steps

  1. Cook gnocchi Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove plastic cover from gnocchi and cover with foil. Place on an oven tray and cook for about 30 minutes, until heated through. Remove from oven on tray.
  2. Prep salad Dice tomatoes 1cm and add to a bowl, along with spinach and dressing. Toss to combine and season.
  3. Serve baked gnocchi with salad on the side and tear over basil leaves.
