Furikake Fishwith Slaw & Miso

Ingredients

Slaw

  • 1 pack vermicelli noodles
  • 1 baby bok choy, thinly sliced
  • ½ pack slaw
  • 1 pack slaw dressing

Fish

  • 1 pack market fish
  • 1 pack shiso furikake

To Serve

  • Miso drizzle

Steps

  1. Cook vermicelli Place vermicelli into a heat-proof bowl. Cover with boiling water, stir and cover. Leave for 4 minutes, until noodles are tender. Drain, rinse with cold water and leave to drain well. Snip in a few places with kitchen scissors.
  2. Meanwhile, prepare bok choy Toss bok choy and slaw with vermicelli and slaw dressing. Season.
  3. Prep & cook fish Heat a drizzle of oil in a fry-pan on medium-high heat. Pat fish dry and remove any scales or bones. Cut larger fillets in half, sprinkle with furikake and season. Cook fish for 1-2 minutes each side, until just cooked.
  4. Serve vermicelli slaw topped with fish. Spoon over miso drizzle.
