Haloumi & Sauerkraut Burger with Smoked Paprika Carrot Fries

Ingredients
Fries
- 2 carrots
- 1 pack smoked paprika salt
Filling
- 1 carrot
- ½ pack slaw
- ½ pack sauerkraut
- 1 pack black pepper haloumi cheese
- 1 pack black pepper haloumi cheese
To Serve
- 2 Turkish foldovers
- 2 Tbsp Dijonnaise
Steps

Cook carrots Preheat oven to 220°C. Cut first measure of carrots into fries and toss on a lined oven tray with smoked paprika salt and a drizzle of oil. Roast for about 20 minutes, until cooked through.

Prep filling Grate carrot and place in a bowl along with slaw and sauerkraut. Cut haloumi into 1cm slices and sprinkle with chilli.

Heat bread When carrots have 5 minutes cook time remaining, place foldovers on tray with fries and cook for about 5 minutes, until warmed through.

Cook haloumi Heat a drizzle of oil in a non-stick fry-pan on medium-high heat and cook haloumi for about 1 minute each side, until golden.

Finish slaw Toss slaw with a drizzle of oil and vinegar and season to taste.

Serve foldovers filled with slaw, haloumi and Dijonnaise, with carrots and extra slaw on the side.
