Lamb Ragù and Rigatoni Bake

  • 1 lamb ragù and rigatoni bake

Vine Tomato and Basil Salad

  • 1 pack vine tomatoes
  • ½ pack baby spinach
  • 1 pack balsamic dressing

To Serve

  • 1 bunch basil

Steps

  1. Cook lamb ragù Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove plastic sleeve from lamb ragù. Place on an oven tray and cook for about 30 minutes, until heated through. Alternatively, spoon meal into a baking or casserole dish and cook at 200ºC for about 30 minutes, until heated through.
  2. Prep salad Dice tomatoes 1cm and add to a bowl with baby spinach and dressing. Toss to combine and season.
  3. Serve lamb ragù and rigatoni with salad on the side and sprinkle with basil.
