Ingredients
Satay Beef
- 1 pack beef sirloin steaks
- 1 pack beef spices
- 1 pack satay sauce
- ½ cup water
Salad
- ½ iceberg lettuce
- 1 carrot
- ½ telegraph cucumber
- 1 pack mung bean sprouts
- 1 pack crispy noodles
- 1 pack Vietnamese dressing
To Serve
- 1 pack chopped peanuts
- 1 bunch chopped mint
Have Handy
- Oil
- Salt & Pepper

Prep beef Preheat BBQ grill to medium. Pat beef dry and toss with beef spices and a drizzle of oil. Season.

Make salad Shred lettuce; grate carrot; cut cucumber in half lengthways and thinly slice. Toss in a bowl along with mung bean sprouts and crispy noodles.

Cook beef Cook beef on BBQ grill for about 3 minutes each side for medium, depending on thickness, or until cooked to your liking. Rest, covered.

Heat sauce Add satay sauce and water in a pot on medium heat and whisk to combine. Cook for about 2 minutes until thickened and heated through. Add any beef resting juices to sauce.

To finish Thinly slice beef against the grain. Add dressing to salad and toss to combine.

Serve rice topped with salad, beef and satay sauce. Top with peanuts and mint.
