  • 2 carrots
  • 2 packs tofu
  • 1 pack Mexican spice mix
  • 2 cans fire roasted tomatoes

Salsa

  • 1 pack cherry tomatoes
  • 1 telegraph cucumber
  • 3 spring onions

To Serve

  • 1 pack spicy sunflower seeds
